Zingtree Decision Trees: Launch Interactive Decision Trees from Chrome
The Zingtree Decision Trees extension for Chrome allows users to easily launch interactive decision trees from any CRM or Help Desk system. This extension is particularly useful for internal live support agents in contact centers or similar environments.
With Zingtree Decision Trees, support agents can be provided with a set of decision tree scripts to follow. Each instance of the script is tied to the active page, so if a support ticket or case is open, launching the decision tree will resume at the same place previously and also show the history of what transpired. This feature is called "Pause and Resume".
